Striped Weaver's Bamboo

Striped Weaver's Bamboo

Bambusa textilis cv "Albo-Striata"

No plant image available.

This species forms a dense fairly erect clump of closely spaced light yellow/green culms with strong cream/white stripes. The exposed and leafless culms break into dense fine leaves as they climb and spread outwards. A handsome landscape species. There is a possible confusion in Australia between this bamboo and Bambusa multiplex albo-striata.
